Workshop on National Branding Strategy for rice from Vietnam: Linking the world image of Vietnam to high quality rice, Hanoi, 22 September 2015
The under Ministry of Science and Technology), has organized a workshop in Hanoi on National Branding Strategy for rice on 22 September 2015. The scope was to contribute to the ongoing process for the creation of a brand for rice in Vietnam by sharing opinions between specialists from the private and the public sector and learning from international experiences from India and Thailand.
Objectives of the workshop:
- - Kick-off the Project on national branding for rice
- - Get understanding about the current rice sector, policy framework, supports, strategies of the Vietnam government on developing a national brand for rice;
- - Learn from international experiences about national branding of rice: India and Thailand;
- - Suggest strategic activities for the Project on national branding for rice.
